Built at Johns Hopkins: Spring 2026 Pava Center Accelerator Winners Announced
This spring, the Pava Marie LaPere Center for Entrepreneurship concluded another semester of accelerator programming spanning healthcare, AI, financial technology, consumer products, accessibility, and deep tech. Ventures from the Kindling, Spark, and Fuel programs — each supporting founders at a different stage of development — presented before mentors, judges, and members of the Johns Hopkins innovation community.
In Fuel, Lumenate claimed the Judges Prize ($15,000) for its AI-enabled cystoscope designed for non-urologist providers. Neuro Safety Systems earned the Cohort Prize ($5,000) for neurotechnology that detects driver fatigue in fleet operations, and SafeSock took the Audience Prize ($3,000) for a sensor-lined foot sleeve supporting post-surgical weight-bearing monitoring. Spark and Kindling recognized top teams across a range of early-stage ventures, with winners including AIDA, DeltaP, Yano, Summercraft, and To the Pointe, among others.
